So Wednesday Weigh In... I am down 5 lbs since last Wednesday. Say what? Yep.. pretty pumped, however I have been REALLY eating clean and working out consistently. I guess that theory is correct - LOL. So YAY to weight loss.
I leave for Philly on Saturday and I am really pumped. I need some time away from here, I love my kids and E, but once in awhile a mama has to take sometime for herself. So I will be gone Saturday and will return on Wednesday. I MIGHT slack on the blogging as I am stuffing cheese steak sandwiches in my face:) No.. I probably will try one sandwich, BUT I am really going to keep at this and I am looking forward to the gym there. We are staying at a Marriott (our conference is there too). I am looking forward to sinking into this indoor pool and getting my sweat on, in the gym. Anyone have any recommendations for us for eating, places to see, etc... I am into local stuff - so if you know I would LOVE to hear. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org - I was hoping to get my run on outside there too, any suggestions for a place close in proximity to the hotel (we are not renting a car, everyone told us not to)?
One more thing... I am signing up for the Santa's North Pole Dash - it is in December and you get to wear a Santa beard and costume. Ummmmm can you say RIGHT UP MY ALLY? If anyone is interested, let me know or if you are already running, let me know. Ho.Ho.Ho.
Alright people I am outskees today.. I have a TON of work and things to catch up before I jet for 5 days AND I am EXHAUSTED.
