BUT... I want to try a few new things. Everyone has "stress" in their life and finding the right outlets can help with coping.
I have decided to take up Power Vinyasa Yoga classes, once a week. I am ready to pursue something different, to challenge my body, and "focus my mind". It's time!!! Read a little more about it - HERE. I will start Saturday morning classes mid March - I am HOPING I fall in love with it...
I am starting back to school in the Fall 2013. I will continue to work full-time, but I will be headed BACK into another Masters program. It's time... I have always LOVED school - I love the classroom, the atmosphere, the knowledge, and I MISS IT! My kids are older now and I feel MUCH more confident in knowing they will be "okay" while I am gone one night a week. Yep... I am doing this... I will be attending Webster University through a cohort at my current place of employment. I am nervous, I am excited, but I am READY... Your are NEVER too old to go back to school.
There are MANY more changes that will be taking place this year (just not sure how it will all come into play) - but we will see how these two go first. It's time to get my mind right.... "with the Lawd" - as Hubby Jack would say:)
